Eligibility Requirements

Valid Post-Graduation Work Permit
At least 1 year of skilled Canadian work experience (for CEC)
Language test results (CLB 7+ for NOC 0/1, CLB 5+ for NOC 2/3)
Educational Credential Assessment (if required)
Provincial nomination (for PNP streams)
Proof of funds (if no valid job offer)

Pathway to Permanent Residence

Canadian Experience Class (CEC) - most common
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) - faster processing
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) - if eligible
Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) - for Atlantic provinces

Processing Time

6 months for Express Entry CEC, 15-19 months for PNP

Express Entry PR: $1,365 CAD per adult (government fees)
